The BC Career Colleges Association was set up in 1977 to promote and support those involved in private post-secondary education. Our aim is to ensure that the private training industry is recognized for the high level training and student satisfaction it delivers. With a shortage of skilled workers in B.C. and inadequate seats in the public post-secondary system, private institutions are a vital part of the education picture in this province.

Presenters, Gregg Meiklejohn and Shane Sparks, deliver an exciting, fun, learning-filled day. They consistently get rave reviews from past participants. Here’s what educators are saying about the BootCamp:

"I had been meaning to send you an email to say thank you for the seminar. I took away many other useful things from the two days. I have created a call checklist for our recruiters and some new phone sheets to encourage them to get into a conversation with their callers. I also started a ranking system for our recruiters based on their appointment setting and registration rates. This has already created some healthy competition amongst them."
Cheryl Harrison, Director of Admissions, MC College Group.

"What a 'reality check'. What I enjoyed most was the interaction. My biggest insight was the idea of having advisory boards, and creating referral systems."
Linda Langlois, Ms. Lorea’s College of Esthetics

"I learned that marketing is more about building relationships than just spending money on more advertising." Five out of five for quality of information presented and relevance to my school.
Denise Stroude, Rhodes College

“You ideas ‘reopened my eyes’ on what we don’t do and what we do wrong. The session was relevant, information I could use now and well worth the fee.”
Faron Broehan, Draughons Junior College

“I enjoyed the group interaction, activities and sharing of ideas.”
Kelley Gadel
