Community Partnerships
The BC Career Colleges Association (BCCCA) is now accepting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from members who can serve as training grant delivery community partners for current and future workforce development projects in high priority regions and occupations.
The Expression of Interest (EOI) helps BCCCA identify member colleges with the capacity, experience, and regional presence to participate in grant-funded training initiatives in the province.
Eligibility:
Before submitting an EOI, review the eligibility requirements to determine whether your organization qualifies to become a Community Partnership Project Partner.
Timelines:
- Submit your Expression of Interest form, by end of day August 28, 2026
- Governance Subcommittee reviews all EOIs with recommendations to the Board by September 24, 2026.
- Members receive a decision on their EOI by September 25th, 2026 to start submitting project documents.
- Applications for workforce development funding are submitted by BCCCA prior to the October 23, 2026 deadline.
- Funding decisions are received by BCCCA on November 23, 2026 and are relayed to the community partner.
- If approved, workforce training projects start between January 4 to February 26, 2027.

- Education Assistant & Mental Health Worker (EA-MHW): Prince George
- Health Care Assistant (HCA) Certificate: Campbell River & Port Hardy
- Medical Laboratory Assistant Certificate: Central Vancouver Island
- Social & Community Support Worker Certificate: Prince George
